Terms of Services Agreement
Greetings from your own matchmaking platform, shaaditoday.com. The legally enforceable conditions governing your use of the Site and membership are outlined in this Agreement. shaaditoday.com reserves the right to change this agreement at any moment. Membership and entrance privileges are reserved.
In compliance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, these Terms of Use is issued. The traditional newspaper classified is replaced by shaaditoday.com, an advertising platform that offers tailored advertising services for matchmaking partnerships. The Site cannot be used in conjunction with any commercial operations; rather, it is for the personal use of individual users to market and promote their profiles in the hopes of finding compatible matches.
Terms & Termination
This Agreement will be in effect for as long as you use our website.
1. By removing your profile from the website or sending an email to Shaaditoday.com, you can cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. Unless otherwise specified in writing, you will not be eligible for a refund of any unused subscription costs that you may have paid in the event that you cancel your membership.
2. For any reason, including but not limited to violating the terms of use, using the service for profit, or participating in unlawful or inappropriate communication or activity, shaaditoday.com has the right to terminate your access to the Site and/or membership. Notice of this will be sent to the email address you provided in your membership application, as well as any additional email addresses you may subsequently provide to Shaaditoday.com. Should Shaaditoday.com cancel your membership due to a violation of this agreement, you will not be eligible for a reimbursement of any subscription costs you may have paid.
3. Even after termination, some of this agreement’s terms, such as sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 through 16, will still be in force.
4. The length of the paid membership would depend on the kind of membership chosen.
5. Should the business cease operations, you will receive maximum up to 50% refund of the membership costs you purchased but were not able to use.
Security of Accounts
You alone are in charge of any activities that take place under your account, and you are accountable for keeping the confidentiality of the login information you choose during the registration process. You also undertake to make sure you log out of your account at the conclusion of each session and to promptly tell us of any disclosure, unauthorized use, or access to your account, as well as any other security breach.
